On December 21, 2020, the management training "How to Analyze and Solve Problems Effectively" jointly organized by the Human Resources Department and the Quality Department of Baojia was successfully carried out. This management training meeting aims to improve the overall management level of the company, meet the development needs of the company, enhance the personal ability of employees, and create an atmosphere of full learning and lifelong learning.
The trainer of this training session was the deputy director of quality department of the company. During the training, the trainer introduced the history of quality control development and evolution, explained the nature of quality problems, discussed the methods and channels to control quality problems reasonably, introduced the 5WHY way to think about and solve problems systematically and logically through a lot of cases and simple expressions. During the training session, the interactive methods such as group games and live demonstrations not only strengthened the understanding of quality control and logical thinking and problem solving, but also deepened the cohesion among all Baojia people.
